| Since 1995, KidSwitch has been helping toddlers safely reach and operate room lights. Until January 2010, KidSwitch could only be used with toggle style light switches. But now, thanks to our new Decora Switch Adapter, KidSwitch can be installed on decora (or "rocker") style switches. To install, you simply "snap" the KidSwitch onto the decora switch adapter and affix the adapter and KidSwitch to the decora switch. KidSwitch extends down 12" from the switch and glows in the dark, thereby allowing your toddler to safely reach and turn on and off room lights. To operate, your toddler simply grasps the smiling moon handle and pushes it up to turn the light on and pulls it down to turn the light off. As an added bonus, the decora switch adapter is made with a faux "toggle switch" that extends out past the KidSwitch, thereby allowing adults to turn the lights on and off with the simple "flip of a switch."
